Legal Question in Business Law in India
1.wether its possible to joint venture with the company who doesn't have any leagal compliences such as P.F registration, ESIC registration, Shops & establishment registration?
2.if yes, can they effects our existing business or can they mis-use our compliences in any way?

Any kind of association with a wrong-doer may be harmful. You should insist upon compliances by the company with whom you are signing MoU.
