Addendum Lease Deed

Hi

Please advice whether stamp paper is required for effecting any addendum to a lease deed regarding payment of maintenance charges. IF yes, of how much value?

The Lease Deed is executed at Gurgaon, India and property also situated at same place.

You may have to consult a local lawyer because stamp act varies from State to State.

the value is on amount of deed and if the addendum is increasing the value then you have to make extra payment for the added value. the charges are different from place to place so its advisable to contact the local office.
