Legal Question in Business Law in India
A agreed to supply materials to B and received full price. A supplied only part materials. B issued legal notice to A calling upon to supply balance materials or to pay for balance materials at market price. A neither replied to notice nor supplied material nor paid money. B filed suit for recovery of money with damages and interest against A. Now the question is, what can be inferred by Court for A not replying to the legal notice of B ?
