Legal Question in Business Law in India
Agreement to sell , wherein seller has signed the agreement, but buyer cleverely sent his son(buyer) to outside work and did not sign the agreement. he paid cheques which are cleared. buyer donot want to give copy duly signed by him .where seller to pay double the money and buyers amount is to be forfeited.
can the seller enforce this agreement and get it cancelled through court.or some other remedy seller smells cheating.
