I am an American interested in starting a chain restaurant in Bangalore. As a foreigner, what is the most advisable classification of company to start to maximize profits? Also, how difficult is it to obtain a work permit for an American?

Sir,
You will have to take permission & licenses from various departments such as License to sell liquor from the food deparment( if there is ), Registration under shop & establishment act and various other statutory requirements are there.
