Legal Question in Business Law in India

We are based in Singapore & trade in various products. we interacted with an Indian company for purchase of goods to be delivered locally within India. After accepting their quotation containing price & other terms, we issued a purchase order against the quotation.

However, the required time has elapsed & the Indian company has not supplied the goods to us.

Payment terms were cash on delivery. We did not issue any advance payment. However, we are facing immense pressure now from our clients to whom we need to supply these products in time.

Do we have any legal options to file charges/prosecute this Indian Company?
