What are the basic rules of governance for companies in India?
Hi, my question is what are the basic rules stipulated by Company Law or any other Indian Laws as to minimum wages, working conditions, quality control by Indian companies? I am doing a research on Indian corporates and their governance and as such need only basic information as to the laws and its loopholes.
