i had given a blank cheque to a person and he has handed it to an unknown person who has filed a suite. but ihave changed my place and not received any summons or warrant.What is my position

The holder of cheque could negotiate further. You need to be careful about meeting your liability. Your defence may depend upon your liability, if any, towards the cheque holder.
