breach of contract
mr hussan the noted artist enters into a contract with mrs dinesh to paint 12 paintings for a price after handing over 4 of the 12 paiting, mr hussan had to leave the country and settle in uk and he could not fullfill the promise he made to mr dinesh.ADVICE MR DINESH.

Produce the copy of the contract in which both have entered into an agreement

you can file for damages, if you suffered.
you can file for specific relief.
you have rights of lien etc
