a) A agrees to sell to B a specific cargo of goods supposed to be on its way from England to

Mumbai. It turns out that before the date of the Bargain, the ship carrying the cargo had been

cast away. Neither of the parties was aware of these facts. Discuss the rights of A and B.

b) State the validity(whether correct or incorrect)of any two of the following statements

with precise and very concise reason.

(i) A person providing for the necessities of a minor can compensate himself from the

Properties of the minor.

(ii) Illegal agreements and void agreements are the same.
