i am going to make an agreement with a marketing company in kolkata,i am a herbal cosmetics manufacturer in orissa.
in the agreement they are seriously concern with the area of jurisdiction,actually where it should be?so far as business law i inwia is concern.regards

You may select the jurisdiction wheather in Kolkata or Orissa or both.

It can be in calcutta or orissa or both because after all it depends on the terms of your agreement. You can make it as orissa if favourable to you.
