i am a cable opretoer i sined a aggrement to company namely wire and wireless company who produce signel to opretor for a area. but now they break contrect and give signel to a new opretor in my area who is doing bissiness in my area in a very chepa rates which is direct loss of my income and dirturbe me mently. i give them every moths peyment regulerly before they disconnect me . now what i do

Hi,

We have such cases before also, all these companies enter into contract with cable operators and break the contract in between because of cheaper rates from other operators.

It is assential to go through the agreement entered between u and that company.

Otherwise its a breach of contract and you can demand compensation and damages in liu of loss of business and also loss of reputation among the subscribers and other cable operators.

You have a good case.

For this at the first place you can send them a Legal Notice for demand of compensation

and secondly if they dont respond, you may file a suit for breach of contract.

You should consult a lawyer.

in addition u can file suit for specific performance ... for ask them to abide and fulfill all contractual obligation ....
