cheque dishonour hua tha july2011 aur aug 2011.to abhi ek sal bad mai uske uper u/s 138 NI ka case dal sakta hoon?kitne sal tak k andar case dalne ki awadhi hai?Awadhi hai ya samapt ho gayi?sir pls mujhe bataiyega.dhanyawad.

ab 138 ka case nahi dala ja sakta. suit for recovery file kar sakte hai.
