my uncle inherited some property from his mother(not family propertybut proprty given by heruncle) it was years back. my uncle expired now he has not executed any will he has a wife and 3 children as the property is not self acquired by uncle( but inherited) has his wife got any right over the property ?

Irrespective of the fact whether the property is ancestral or self-acquired, the wife in this case may be entitled to her share.
