Legal Question in Business Law in India
My client is MNC Compay and based at Maharashtra having immoveable properties in Maharashtra and having offices in various locations in India. It has to take loans from on equitable mortgage. Mortgagor is also based at Maharashtra but having offices in other locations. I seek your advise can it be lawful for my client to register mortgage deed in another location i.e. out of maharashtra?

it is legal to get the mortage registered in any other location out of maharashtra.
