Legal Question in Business Law in India
Client not paying up
I am a freelancer who worked on the project for a client via freelancer website.
when the project was 90% complete the client asked me to completely change the design with some extra payment. I gave a fresh quotation to which he didn't agree and made flaws in present design. I have been approved of the design of the product from time to time but the client is not willing to pay up anything. I have proof that that the product was as per the contract on the website and I am ready for any test. The client is also not providing any contact information apart from email address.
The client is from Bath,UK( this i have found out from tracking his IP address from his email)
What can I do?
