Legal Question in Business Law in India
can a company appoint two persons as its attorney to sign the contract and to negotiate with the same subject matter at the same place in different Power of Attorney or the Company should execute single Power of Attorney specifying two agents.

It may be done either way. pass a board resolution. in single document, you may restrict instructions like jointly or severally what ever way you want to delegate the authority.
