U.S. company hired an India company to develope wesite. 90% completed and website co. will no longer contact me? Looking to hire an attorney in Hyderabad?

Dear Sir,
Look whether the said U.S company is an incorporated one, or not ? , As per the Indian Contract Act 1872 check your contractual aggreements, and then adhering the Indian Evidence Act 1872 read with the Information Technology Act 1999, & Act 2000 file a suit for breach of contract thro' an Advocate.
