Legal Question in Business Law in India
I have a company incorporated in India. We want to sell to US corporates through an online portal. We also want to utilize some of the Google services which require us to have
- a US billing address. (P.O. Boxes are not acceptable.)
- a US denominated account in a US financial institution
- a US Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number
We are not opening a US subsidiary at this stage since we are a pre-revenue startup.
What is the fastest, easiest legal way to meet the Google criteria.
