Legal Question in Business Law in India
The Company had issue a cheque of Rs 25000/- to my company against ouststanding of Rs 3 Lac on 26/02/2011.
i deposited his cheque on 23/08/2011 but cheuqe bounced saying that " Insufficient funds".
and i have not given any notice to him. now the validity of chq is expired
now the company is dening to give cheque and my boss got fight with him...
Now what to do for recovery.
Can i send him to jail?

you can file a civil suit for recovery of outstanding dues
