We are a pvt ltd Co. in india. One of our employee left our Co. in 2006. Now we came to know that he is using our Co. name for his own benefit. We have sent him a letter that if he does not stop doing this, we will take legal action against him. Inspite of this, he has continued doing the same.
Is there any legal procedure we have to do inorder to protect ourselves from him doing anything out there in the market?
Kindly tell the procedure and under which law?

there are various methods from stopping the nuisance from him but for that i need personal discussion over the matter. without which i can not advice properly.
