Legal Question in Business Law in India

There is company named "Atnt towers Pvt. Ltd." website (www.atnttowers.com ) I'm sure that this company is illegal or fake. But problem is they provide mobile tower installation service. so, as registration fees I paid Rs.3000 ($ 55.53) and later they asked me to pay for Tax that is 25000 ($462.79) then asked to pay 20000 ($370.23) as insurance cost in same bank account. But i think, it's fraud.
Now I want to file fraud case against them? how to do it? and is it police case?

The existence of the company can be verified from the records of Registrar of Companies.

pl check with ROC if company is fraud and if it is fraud then engage a local good advocate and file case
