Legal Question in Business Law in India
my company is a quasi governmental co , we usually sell our old, company vehicles by calling open tenders. my question now is , now our company needs to sell a used car where one among our staff wants to buy it. can we do it without calling for tenders just by negotiating with him???

Yes, sale by negotiation is acceptable; calling of tenders is not mandatory.
