Legal Question in Business Law in India
Our company is registered under the ESI Act in tamilnadu . Since our company has closed we propose to transfer our ESI Registration no to our one closed friend. Is it possible to transfer the registration no to other one in ESI act?

each company has its own registration you cannot transfer your registration.it is illegal
