Company registration in delhi
We are starting a new 'ads publishing'
company in delhi on a partnership basis.
Kindly advise us on how to get the
company registered? cost of registration? do we need to find a
lawyer?

You can approach The resgtrar of companies at Delhi. the staff of the office will guide you.
Advocate services are not mandatory. but they certainly adds value to your job. If you feels necessary you can take. Otherwise not required.

You may or may not engage a lawyer or consultant/Agent for formation of company. All details can be obtained from the Registrar of Companies (ROC) office.

Seemingly you are going to engage yourselves in Partnership Firm. Registration of it is very easy. Prepare Partnership Deed and present it for registration before Registrar of Firms.
