contract
A compnay manufactures and sells RTS fruit beverages . The company wants to provide to all its retail dealers cooling machines for storing those drinks for the purpose of sale. The company will not charge anything for providing the cooling machines except one time non-refundable caution fee. The machine will be provided for a fixed term. Can Please help what kind of contract the company should enter into with all its retail dealers?

You may need to engage a lawyer for cautiously drafting a contract document containing all the terms and conditions.

If the company wants to retain the ownership of the machine, it can be lease deed. If compnay wants to leave it there it can be sale contact. Its all dependes on what the company wants to have rights over the machine.It can incorporate other terms according to their mutual understanding.

You can enter into a service agreement or lease agreement with your dealers for providing cooling machines.
