Legal Question in Business Law in India
Contract with a Foreign Company
I am a citizen of india stayng at noida willing to do a contract with a US company to work for them on contract basis (work will be submitted online ) and they will pay me through paypal. Is it legal to work for a foreign company like this? This company do not have any branch/subsidiary in india.

its ok. you can do but i will not be able to guide you till i will not have knowledge of the work and terms and conditions of such contract.

yes it is legal. plese verify the details of the company and you have not mentioned what kind of work is offering
