whether upon conversion of partnership into a company, properties of the firm gets automatically transferred/vests into such newly formed company? (or whether there is any requirement of execution of conveyance?)
whether upon such conversion of firm into a company, the old firm still continue to exists or dies?

once the partnership firm converts itself to a company, the firm ceases to exist.
