Thanks for the prompt reply.

In continuance to the last question asked further information is as below:

1. Cause of action is the recovery of post contractual outstanding dues after the expiry of the agreement.

2.Notice is as per the arbitration clause metioned in the agreement .

3.The agreement done is expired 4 years ago and after that there is no subsequent agreement.

Be that as it may:

1. In the present case, the period will be three years from the date of completion of the contract or three years from the date of part payment in the contract which ever is later.
