Dear Sir, my client is a foreigner and he wants to trade in India.He wants to Sell Tupperware Products to the end user.Kindly reply what is the procedure.

As your client is a foreign party and is willing to trade in India...He will have to set up his concern in India.... requirment to take few licences is also there.
