Legal Question in Business Law in India

Dear Sir / Madam,
Greetings of the day!
I want to start a club (Group Community). It will offer paid membership. Any one can join the community. The fees I have not yet finalised but it will be in the range of Rs.500/- to Rs.2000/-. valid for 3 to 5 years.
The members will get the exclusive discounts on various goods & services. Also I will be sending them SMS & email flyer or may be printed catlogues for the promotion of goods & services of the affiliates. I am going to have an tie up with various companies/firms in every goods & services. The member will get the exclusive discounts from these affiliates.
I want to know, is it legal to start this kind of club? is it legal to collect the subscriptions? what will be the taxes? Will it require any kind of licenses?

Dear Ravikumar,

There ios nothing wrong in the above business module. You should consult the business development advisors who shall take care of your licenses, business transaction advisories etc.

in fact this kind of business is already running in .by various clubs .collecting suscription is perfectly legal . taxes depends on various factor . so for nw talk to business development advisors
