Legal Question in Business Law in India
Dear Sir, I want to run a scheme with 100 members. Each member has to pay 1000 pm. There is a draw with prize in every month 10th. Scheme Duration 20 months only. After 20 months I will pay there 20000 + one Mobile Gift....So Is it illegal or legal. and What should I have to do registration the firm with name. or What ?
