Dear Sir Please tell
Is personal or corporate spying Business is legal in India? If yes than Under what act? and any registration required under it? If no. how to verify things using a private detective or n agency.

No spying in India is legal .Whether it is personal or corporate spying are illegal.

but there is no effective law for spying. the spy has to be booked under penal sections of trespass or house trespass but there is no effective law against spying itself.
