Legal Question in Business Law in India
Dear sirs,
I'm afghan national,exporting seafood to china by indian owner company license,since my business secrets are at exposure and my initial money is at risk,i need to open my own exporting company,and get IEC code,and MPEDA license,(Marine products export development Authority,)so i was told,i should take an indian national as an partner to be able to open my own company,since the money involved,it is very complicated and future arising problem,so i decide to do everything on my own,so is it possible to form company only in my name?please give me effective advice ? thanks and regards, isak ahmadi
