Can a director be removed from the company?
Dear Sir,
Kindly tell me if once a company was having 03partners(A,R,and M as directors), and one more director(N) is included in the same company, whether A,M and N can remove R from the company? The company is 04years old.

it depends on ur memorendum and articles. u have to go through all the procedures to do what u want... everything is possible
