Legal Question in Business Law in India
I am Dr Shraddha, . running a dental clinic at Nasik(under muncipal corporation). The clinic is in a residential complex, do I need to convert it to an commercial unit and pay the commercial tax( actually it is very heavy) and i was told by one of my friends that clinics with less than 2 beds do not come under commercial or shop act.
