Legal Question in Business Law in India
Equitable Mortgage was created in favour of a Bank which was subsequently also registered with ROC. However date of Mortgage was wrogly mentioned in Form 8 filed with RoC. How to rectify the said error. One year has passed after the refistration of charge.
