Legal Question in Business Law in India
I am expecting an arbitration award in my favour towards claims of loss in the Stock exchange. The Broker may go to court to get it suspended. Can I file a caveat to ensure I am heard before award is suspended.

The award will not get suspended before you are served with a notice to defend the award objection filed by the other party.

You may file a caveat, but it will not be 'suspended' before you are heard. The other party may be able to get an injunction ex-parte.
