Can i Give Power of Attorney to My Husband or Employee of My Firm ?
I am a advocate, within few days i am going to start my own practise.
Will you please inform me whether i can Give Power of Attoney to My Husband or any Employee of My Firm to make all transaction on behalf of me. (Like bank account and other administrative work)
Please inform me as soon as possible.

Power of attorney can be given to any person, whether it may be your person or any employee - Provided the holder should be trust worthy.

Can you kindly elaborate as to the reason of executing the GPA as the same would be pertinent to understand the background of facts.
