gold quest
i am a independant representative for this company i referrd some pepole to join in this company, some lost their money bcz they did not do any business for company. is there any problem from police department on us bcz of referring this company. and more over this company is paying tds and central excise tax also from our commission.

Actually an independent agent cannot be held liable if the company is fraud

Prima facie, there is no offence committed. However, many a times it happens that, people with a view to intimidate a person, file criminal complaints and use pressure tectics. So you have to be careful in that case.

In your case the agent who is independant is not legally liable it the company is fraud.
