Legal Question in Business Law in India
My grandfather 15 years back deposited some money in one of our sister concerns, to help make IT file. It was deposited in my Kundli name. I was being given interest on the same amount. Now, he has passed away & said firm is being converted in to a partnership firm. Credit balance in the same firm is confirmed, but the partners are not giving my money back. Can file a case on them.
