hello,
I am a businessman. I am from Malda district,West Bengal. I sold some goods to a customer at coochbehar district, west bengal last year. But the customer did not pay me till today. when I asked for the payment, he simply denied. advice me what should I do now?

Dear Sir / Madam,

Lodge a simple Police complaint against the buyer in the local Police station and request the Police Inspector on duty to speak to that person, as to when he intends to settle the payment. Your matter will be resolved within 2-3 days.

You need to file a suit, it may be possible for you to file a summary suit for this.
