Legal Question in Business Law in India

Hello,

I am Dr. Srikanth Reddy, from a rural area of Maharashtra, India and I am a Psychiatrist. I want to start a web based business , quite similar to the lawguru, only 2 differences being

1) it will be pertaining to psychiatry issues.

2) The service will be paid, that the questions will be answered on receiving a payment.

I want to know what are the steps i need to follow to start this initiative. Like do i need to register it as a company first and then look for the payment gate way or what steps.

Please help me out.

The quickest method for you is to launch your own website with a payment gateway. Contact your nearest ISP provider / cyber cafe in Wardha who will refer you to good IT professionals to design and develop your website at competitive rates. Alternatively, you will also get information of these IT professionals through your local newspaper advertisements.
