I want to know how legal it is for us and for the manager to disclose companies project. how much he will be sahring. We will be taking any sort of work that is transferable over internet.

It all dependents upon Agreement between Company & Managers and whether they are permitted to disclose the project or not. The business structure you are trying to develop is nothing but an outsourcing and by procuring order from Company A, will transfer the Order to Company B, in between you receive some fee. be informed that such arrangement may attract levy of Service Tax subject to minimum threshold of Rs.8 Lakh.
