Legal Question in Business Law in India
Hey,
Kindly guide me on MLM/Network marketing Laws in India.
I want to use 2 Level network on my website. I sell products on my website. People dont have to pay anything at the time of joining the website, but when anybody in the networks buys any product then the upline gets a small portion of the price as bonus points. Do I have register my Company under MLM in India.
Please help.
