Legal Question in Business Law in India

Hi,

I am about to start a business of my own. Advertising business. The company pays me for advertising their business. From which i will be sharing the profit to my clients who do the work for me. Iam about to open an Website for the same.

Is there any legal requirment needed? If so what are those? Please do give a solution.
