Hi,

If a builder is approaching us to construct a flats/apartments in our plot then what

agreement between landowner and builder should be there. What all precautionary method we had to take before signing the agreement. What all the things should be there in the agreement and what all things should not be there in the agreement. Which clause we should be very careful in the agreement. What are the mandotary clause which should be there in the agreement.

You have to go for a Collaboration Agreement with the builder. Lot of clauses in the agreement are important for the owner which should be there. many clauses shoulkd be avoided which creates ambiguity between the parties.
