Hi,

I'm planing to sell professional' official email records without asking any permission to them.

Will I face any legal problem ? I know some companies are selling name & designation of people working in different companies.I want to sell email contact also.Kindly Suggest me.I want to do it in India

what do you mean by email record? does that include contact id and the body of the mails? If yes, you cannot do so under the information technology act.
