This is Shaishav Sood from India.
It has been seen that MLM is capturing the most of the market in india and abroad. So involved myself into MLM marketing. But would like to start my own MLM company in India. So my questions are
1. What are the basic rules for starting an MLM company?
2. Can we take "Hosting" as product?
3. Can we start forced matrix programs?
4. Do I need to be financially sound before starting company?
5. Do I need to register a company or can I start company with properiter ship
6. What are the other legalities I need to conider?
7. Is the law differs state to state or it would be same for all?
