Illegal chitfund company run at home

Some family lady at our colony runs a chit fund company unofficially. she doesn't register the company nor she does pay the tax. She collects the money from innocent people every month and give money to her relatives first. She shows wrong calculations at the end and cheats the people. If anybody asks she threatens them with the help of their sons. Whom should i complain about this without my name gets public. There are no proofs as such, but if the income tax department can verify their house and bank accounts, they can find huge money. Almost 10 lacs per month gets exchanged through this illegal transactions. Is there any email account or phone number of the income tax department or any other department where i can complain against this?

complaint can be filed with several authorities incl police, income tax dept, company registrar, Reserve Bank etc.

You may make a complaint to the ITO of your area by obtaining his phone number and e-mail address etc. from the website of IT Department or Ministry of Finance, GoI.

You may also consider sending your complaint to the local police with a copy to the District Magistrate of your area.

File a complaint with the local police station and you can also visit the office of Income Tax department and discuss this issue with them.
